Terms of Service (IMPORTANT)

Artwork

• I will not do: pornography, NSFW, suggestive, harmful artworks.
• The artwork must not violate any law, including copyright laws.
• You must own or have permission to use all the characters
• I have the right to decline any service as I see fit

Client profile

• You must be 18 and above to use my service.
• These types of clients are banned from my service: homophobes, pedophiles, predators, racists, sexists, transphobes, zoophiles

Copyright & Licensing

• By commissioning me, you will immediately receive a licence which allows usage for any non-commercial purpose (profile icon, banner, reposting, adaptation, etc.) as long as you credit me as the original author
• You are not allowed to sell the artwork.
• You must not provide any of my artwork to Generative AI
• This licence is to be revoked if you are caught violating any of my Terms of Service.

Payment

• Payment is done via ko-fi or Paypal
• Steam giftcards are negotiable but not recommended
• Payment must be done upfront

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only allowed for 25% progress (see Art procedure)

Art procedure

• You must provide hi-def, flat-colour reference sheets for all your characters. You can use supplementary artworks and images as reference images.

1. 25%: sketching is finished
2. 50%: colour is finished
3. 75%: shading is finished
4. 100%: final touches and background work

Pricing

Standard Commissions

Base prices are for coloured and lined pieces. You can discuss with me what pose and expression you want to have drawn.
